SETA (recuiting and education in South Africa) was challenged to increase the retention rate during their education of department managers in the wholesale/ retaile sector.

1000 participants learnt the concepts of Breakthrough:

The number of successful graduates increased by almost 100% from nearly 40% to around 80%.



Modern Terminals (container production in Hong Kong), a restructuring resulted in a productivity decline.

Applying the concepts of Breakthrough lead to:

8,7% market share increase

62% decrease of fix cost

120% increase of shareholder dividends



Caterpillar, an internal survey showed a severe lack of employee engagement. By

applying the principles of Breakthrough the employee engagement rose from 38% to 75%.
